Another fabulous day at Disneyland. We first went to find Santa so that Mandy and Avonlea could get a picture with him. Since our last visit with Santa went so well, I fed Reese a snack in her stroller while they went to see him. Well soon after, Santa came walking around and stopped by to say hi to Reese. As soon as she saw him she started crying. I think she still remembers him.

I know for a fact now that It's a Small World is her favorite ride. She smiles, claps, points and dances through out the ride. I can definitely tell she enjoys it more than the other rides.

We decided to eat lunch at the Bengal BBQ and it was pretty good. I had a Bengal beef skewer and tiger tail breadstick.

She was laughing a lot more before I started recording, but she likes when we crawl and chase after her.

One by one she unloaded the entire box of baby wipes. It's the first time she has opened the top part all by herself. She also figured out how to unroll the toilet paper on the wall. We joke about the path of messes she leaves behind and call her tornado Reese.

My paper whites are starting to bloom! They made a come back since they didn't get watered the whole time we were in St. George

This girl cracks me up. She gets so excited every time she hears the "What does a fox say?" song

She found crayons in the drawer and carried them around all morning. She even colored on the rocking chair and ottoman.

She discovered how fun it is to climb in and out of the snap and go stroller frame.

She is getting so tall! She can grab things off of the table now

Reese tried guessing my passcode one too many times. It's amazing how her little fingers can work the touch screen so well.

The weather was so beautiful today. We went to the high school track this afternoon with some friends. It was too nice outside to stay inside.

Can you do this? She can make that sound a lot better than I can

We drove home last night so that Tyler could go to the USC vs. UCLA football game today. How cute is Reese in her little jersey? Absolutely adorable! It is actually the first article of clothing that was bought for her when I was pregnant. Tyler and I were at Target, we separated for a minute and when he returned, he had this jersey in hand.

Someone's excited to go to Disneyland today!

They were filming the View at Disneyland today, so they had the castle and some of the rides in fantasyland shut down for a few hours.

We found Santa! He was one of the best Santa's I have ever seen. And lucky for us, there were only 2 people in line.
Reese thought he was nice at first and appreciated getting the candy cane.

All is well when mom is between her and Santa

The hand-off

She did not like Santa one bit

Since it was just Reese and I today, I decided to take her on some of the "scary" rides to see how she would do. We started with the Haunted Mansion. It was decorated with the nightmare before Christmas theme and at times, the music was super loud. She did fine when the music wasn't blasting at us.

Next was Pirates of the Caribbean. Reese did not like the drops or the battle scene with the ship.

Then we went on Peter Pan. By this time, I think she had had enough of these dark rides. The whole time she was trying to climb up onto my lap. This was also the longest line of them all, so Reese enjoyed being able to stand by herself by the railing. She made friends with the little boys behind us.

We finished up the day with It's a Small World. It's her most favorite ride. I love watching her face light up! I had to get a picture of her cute new boots too.

I can't believe this little lady is 11 months old! She was showing off her cheesy smile for me so I could get a picture of all her new teeth.

We spent the evening at Verizon getting Tyler a new phone. Reese explored every corner of the store.

I spy with my little eye…Reese!

Today we explored the Getty Museum. It was beautiful and the views were spectacular. We had to park at the bottom of the hill in a parking structure and then rode a tram up to the museum. From the tram we had a great view of the 405 freeway.

Just follow my lead guys, I know where I'm going

We went on the spotlight of the week tour and saw the "Modern Rome--Campo Vaccino" painted by J.M.W. Turner.
Mike analyzing the painting.

Look at that one dad!

Peek-a-boo

I thought the landscaping and the garden were absolutely amazing.

There was this cool little fountain where the water went down that hole...

and would come out down here.

This same water continued down a river that eventually ended in this pond with the coolest patterned shrubbery.

After we got home from the museum, Tyler headed to the USC football game with his dad and Mike. USC played Standford and won 20-17. To say it was an awesome game would be an understatement. I watched the game from home with Reese, but I would have loved being there in person.
This is what I saw on TV and I knew Tyler was in that crowd.

Tyler's phone broke, so he wasn't able to take any pictures. Tyler hugged or high-fived Marqise Lee, Xavier Grimble and J.R. Tabai.
Here he is storming the field with Sean.

After they got home, we watched the ending again.
Tyler made it on TV! He is on the far right in the red hat and sweater.
